Each player has to pass the cards from the left side. The dealer can shuffle the cards at the end and hand them to the other player who has to cut. If he refuses to do so, it passes on to the next player. There is more than one bet in a deal. Each player has to contribute chips(money) to the pot after the dealer. If someone refuses to contribute, he gets no share of the pot.
